TOP INTERNET BROADCASTERS FORM NEW SALES NETWORK

March 18, 2003 – A collective of many of the top radio stations on the Internet has announced the formation of the Internet Radio Marketing Group, a network focused on bringing exciting new marketing opportunities to advertisers. These stations provide a wide range of programming, including Classical, Jazz, Oldies, Adult Alternative, Blues, Acoustic, Folk, Rock and more. The network targets the lucrative 25 to 54 year old demographic, and reaches hundreds of thousands of affluent and educated professionals.

The biggest strength of Internet radio is its unprecedented ability to reach listeners in the workplace at their computers. When it comes to upscale Adults, the Internet dominates weekday media consumption. Over 70% of Internet radio listening is done during weekday work hours, according to data published by Arbitron, a company that measures Internet radio usage. Arbitron estimates that as many as 44 million Americans listen to Internet radio each month.

"Internet radio has reached a significant critical mass, and we are working directly with advertising agencies, rep firms, and clients to develop advertising and marketing solutions that reach this unique audience," reports Jennifer Lane, of network station mvyradio.com. "Our audience uses the Internet more than any other medium for making purchasing decisions. We offer advertisers a very powerful way to reach them."

Members of the Internet Radio Marketing Group have a wealth of experience and success in traditional broadcasting. The intent of the network is to offer advertisers the same proven results of radio and enable them to reach these increasingly important listeners.

"We believe that Internet Radio needs to be recognized as another form of radio, much in the same way that cable television has been accepted as an extension of the television industry, " says Ron Rubin of Boomer Radio. "We are working to establish the perception and acceptance of our medium as the newest means for consumers to enjoy music and information programming."

The Internet Radio Marketing Group is currently offering a "Charter Advertising Package" that will enable advertisers who participate before June 30, 2003 to lock in current ad rates through the end of 2004. Interested companies should contact Kevin Shively at (860) 525-1069 (East Coast) or David Landis at (323) 782-8008 (West Coast) to get more information or to receive a media kit.
