Streaming Magazine Announces Reader's
Choice Awards 2003 at the National Association of Broadcasters
Conference
"Streaming Magazine's Reader's Choice Awards
are recognized within the streaming and broadcasting industry
as the definitive award to win that focuses on the most significant
companies, products, and sites that are involved with streaming
and webcasting," commented Executive Editor Peggy Miles. "The
Reader's Choice Awards tells us what's on the minds of our
readers, what they're using, which companies they like, and
why. Over the years, the majority of all winners continue
to dominant, grow and lead in the streaming marketplace."
Eric Rhodes, Publisher of Streaming magazine,
oversees the voting process. "It is incredible to see who's
selected once our accounting department tabulates the results,"
he says. "Sometimes, we suspect a winner; other times it surprises
our entire staff. Readers use or watch the programs or products
mentioned, so it is an important contest to win. Readers vote
for the best products as well as some of the best streaming
programs from around the world. For the first time this year,
we see a significant growth of readers voting from around
the world, especially from Asia and Europe.
