Worldwide Webcast Event to Feature Webcast Industry Leaders in Interactive Format at www.tvworldwide.com and www.webcasters.org from 11 AM-2:30 PM ET, Wednesday, November 12, 2003

CHANTILLY, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/06/2003 -- The International Webcasting Association (IWA) and TVWorldwide.com, a fast-growing web-based global TV network and streaming video service provider, announced a joint effort to produce the third in a series of annual web-based worldwide town meeting video webcasts for the webcasting industry. Dubbed the "State of the Industry in Webcasting 2003," the event will be webcast 11 AM-2:30 PM ET on November 12, and will address the many advances in several industry sectors in a forum that features important issues in the streaming media and webcasting community, itself. The free webcast is open to IWA members and non-members, and the program will include a segment on the new IWA benefits package, recently launched as part of the IWA's effort to re-orient the organization as it positions itself to meet the expansion demands created by the rapid growth of the streaming media sector.

Leaders in the webcasting industry will candidly discuss subjects such as On-line Rich Media Publishing and Management, Web Conferencing and its Integration with Webcasting, Legal Issues for Webcasters and more. The free event will be produced at TVWorldwide.com's state-of-the-art Internet TV studios in Chantilly, Va., near Washington Dulles Airport.

Visitors to the live streaming video conference will be able to post questions to the panel and participate in Q&A via e-mail, providing a fully interactive forum for education, training, and sharing of information. On-line member message boards will be available during and after the webcast.

Kevin Shively, IWA Executive Director, and Dave Gardy, IWA President, will host the event. "We're excited to be able to bring our industry together in a forum that showcases the benefits of webcasting," stated Shively. "We've teamed with TVWorldwide.com to webcast the event because of their vast expertise in streaming successful interactive corporate events via Internet TV. We plan to announce preparations for other upcoming streaming media events and add additional events to the IWA calendar, after getting feedback from our members during this webcast."

"We're pleased to work with our IWA membership, industry press and potential new members on this exciting on-line event," commented Gardy. "We're getting a huge response to this event nationally and Kevin and I are committed to practicing what we preach in utilizing webcasts to serve our membership and the streaming media industry."

The event will be compressed and archived for viewing at www.tvworldwide.com and www.webcasters.org . Participants should have their media player installed prior to the event and should log on by 10:45 AM on the 12th. Questions can be directed to 703-961-9250, ext. 223 before and during the event. The event will be archived at www.tvworldwide.com for later viewing.
