Internet, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge's
address during the Annual Memorial Day Observance at the Vietnam
Veterans Memorial beginning at 12 Noon ET on Memorial Day,
Monday, May 31, 2004.
The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, the non-profit organization
established in 1979 to build the Vietnam Memorial, is grateful
to Base Technologies, ObjectVideo, and TVWorldwide.com for
their support this year in covering the Memorial Day Ceremony.

More than 10,000 Veterans and their
families are expected to attend the Ceremony at the Vietnam
Veterans Memorial this year. In addition to Mr. Ridge, TV

McCarrick, Archbishop of Washington; James V. Kimsey, Vietnam

Park Services' National Capital Region; and Diane Carlson
Evans, Founder and President of the Vietnam Women's Memorial

Memorial Fund, will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
